ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 24–48 HOURS OF ALLOCATION. ONCE YOUR PROTOCOL IS DISPATCHED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATED NOTIFICATION. ORDERS PLACED DURING PEAK PHASES OR HOLIDAYS MAY EXPERIENCE SLIGHT LATENCY.
2. SHIPPING CARRIERS
For domestic operations within Malaysia, we utilize priority networks via SPX and J&T Express. For cross-border ASEAN logistics, we partner with premium international carriers (including DHL and FedEx) to ensure secure, tracked delivery of all performance protocols.
3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery timelines from our Kuala Lumpur facility: • Domestic (Malaysia): 2–5 business days. • Regional (ASEAN): 5–10 business days. You will receive a secure tracking node via email the moment your allocation is dispatched.
4. ASEAN REGIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
TSI Keep Moment has officially opened distribution to Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, and the Philippines. CRITICAL NOTICE: All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is completely responsible for any local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees.
5. TRACKING & DISPATCH
UPON DISPATCH, A UNIQUE TRACKING NODE WILL BE GENERATED AND SENT TO YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL. IT IS THE RECIPIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR THE PROGRESSION OF THEIR SHIPMENT. TSI KEEP MOMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY CARRIER LOGISTICS OR CUSTOMS INTERVENTION.
