At TSI KEEP MOMENT, we engineer unadulterated performance nutrition. Due to the exact-yield nature of our formulas and strict biological safety regulations, the chain of custody cannot be broken once a protocol leaves our facility. Therefore, we enforce a strict zero-return policy on all consumables to guarantee absolute purity for every customer.

1. FINAL ALLOCATION

Once an allocation has been secured and dispatched from our Kuala Lumpur headquarters, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. This protocol applies universally to all dietary supplements and cognitive botanicals. Apparel or hardware may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. COMPROMISED PROTOCOLS

In the rare event that a product arrives with a compromised biological seal or physical damage, you must notify our support vector within 48 hours of logged delivery. Submit photographic evidence of the compromise and your allocation number. Approved claims will result in an immediate, expedited replacement. We do not issue cash refunds.

3. ALLOCATION DISCREPANCIES

If you receive an incorrect protocol, initiate contact immediately. Our logistics team will securely dispatch the correct formula and provide instructions for the safe disposal or return of the incorrect item.

4. TRANSIT INTEGRITY & LIABILITY

TSI Keep Moment is not liable for protocols marked as 'Delivered' by our domestic or international logistics partners (including SPX, J&T, DHL, or FedEx) that are subsequently lost or stolen at the destination coordinates. It is the recipient's responsibility to provide a secure delivery node at checkout.
